Welcome to Atelier Lorelai. Atelier Lorelai is a DBA of Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Atelier Lorelai and Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings LLC.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Goods

Atelier Lorelai sells handmade, limited-production, made-to-order and personalized goods. Slight variations in stitching, fabric, embroidery placement and other handmade details are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

2. Custom and Personalized Orders

For personalized items, the customer is responsible for reviewing all names, initials, dates, colors and other customization details submitted with the order. Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

3. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Personalized and made-to-order merchandise is final sale except where an item arrives damaged, differs from what was ordered, contains an Atelier Lorelai error, or another remedy is required by law. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Production Time

Standard production time is 7 business days before shipment. Eligible handmade orders may add Rush My Order to reduce production to 1 business day. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

5. Shipping

Orders generally ship via USPS Priority Mail unless another available shipping service is selected or arranged. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.

6. Shipping Delays

Weather, holidays, carrier interruptions and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery after a package is accepted by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, embroidery layouts, product concepts, photographs and original website content are owned by or used under license by Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially replicated without written permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Atelier Lorelai and its original creative materials are owned by Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings LLC unless otherwise stated. This includes original photographs and product imagery; artwork and illustrations; hand-painted and digitally created designs; textile, embroidery and decorative artwork; original patterns and design elements; written product descriptions and website copy; graphics; and other original creative content.

No purchase of an Atelier Lorelai product transfers any ownership, copyright, trademark, patent, design, reproduction or commercial-use rights in Atelier Lorelai intellectual property.

Except as permitted by law or with prior written authorization from Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings LLC, Atelier Lorelai content may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded for commercial use, scraped, redistributed, sold, modified, adapted, reverse engineered, incorporated into another commercial work, or used to create derivative works.

This prohibition includes using Atelier Lorelai photographs, artwork, designs or other original content as source or reference material for AI-generated, AI-assisted, digitally altered or machine-generated commercial imagery or products without permission.

Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings LLC actively protects its intellectual property and may submit copyright, trademark, patent, marketplace, hosting-provider, social-media or other appropriate infringement and takedown requests and pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

Certain Atelier Lorelai interchangeable textile designs are U.S. patent pending.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through Atelier Lorelai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service.
