Shipping Policy

Each Atelier Lorelai order is carefully made, inspected and packaged in our Roland, Arkansas studio.

Processing Times

Standard production time is 7 business days before shipment. Eligible handmade orders may add Rush My Order to reduce production to 1 business day. Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders containing multiple items will generally ship together once the complete order is ready.

Domestic Shipping

Atelier Lorelai currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Method

USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a promotion states otherwise.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors and your local post office.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, weather, holidays and other carrier-related circumstances may affect delivery times. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears lost so we can assist with an inquiry or claim when applicable.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within three calendar days of delivery at hello@atelierlorelai.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, photographs of the item, and photographs of the shipping box and packaging. Please retain all original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Personalized and Handmade Orders

Because Atelier Lorelai pieces are handmade and many are personalized specifically for each customer, personalized and made-to-order items are final sale except as described in our Refund Policy.
