Atelier Lorelai is a design studio operating as a DBA of Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings.
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio once production is complete.
Standard Shipping
All orders ship free of charge via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer.
USPS Priority Mail typically includes:

Standard delivery timelines as estimated by USPS
Express Shipping
If expedited or express shipping is requested, this is not included in standard shipping.
Customers requesting express delivery must arrange and cover the cost of upgraded shipping at the time of order.
Processing & Production
Shipping occurs after the stated production timeline for each item.
Because Atelier Lorelai pieces are handmade and often made to order, shipping timelines begin only after production is complete.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for:

Transit delays outside of our control
Delivery timelines provided by USPS are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
