Welcome to Atelier Lorelai.

Atelier Lorelai is a design studio operating under Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Atelier Lorelai, a DBA of Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Goods

All Atelier Lorelai items are handmade, limited-production, and often personalized.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, slight variations in stitching, fabric, and detailing are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

ALL Atelier Lorelai pieces are made to order and personalized.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • All personalization details submitted are final once confirmed

  • Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for errors provided by the customer (including spelling, dates, or names)

  • Production begins based on the submitted order details

3. No Returns / No Exchanges / No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • We do not issue refunds

Please review your order carefully prior to purchase.

4. Production Time

All items are produced within the timeframe stated at time of order.

Because each item is handcrafted, production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume seasonal periods.

5. Shipping

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Customers requesting alternative shipping methods must arrange this at the time of order.

6. Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Postal service interruptions

  • Lost or delayed packages caused by USPS

Shipping timelines provided by USPS are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, embroidery layouts, and product concepts remain the exclusive property of Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings.

These may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially replicated without written permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Atelier Lorelai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through Atelier Lorelai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
