Refund Policy

Atelier Lorelai is a design studio operating as a DBA of Jamie Ann Johnson Holdings.

Due to the handmade, limited-production, and often personalized nature of our goods, all purchases are final.


All Sales Final

Atelier Lorelai does not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

  • Refund requests

This applies to all items, including non-personalized pieces, as each item is produced in small-batch or made-to-order runs.


Custom & Personalized Items

Items that are customized or personalized are created specifically for the purchaser and cannot be resold.

As such:

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


Shipping

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Once an order has been shipped, Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Postal disruptions

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost or delayed packages

Shipping timelines provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Atelier Lorelai is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged due to a production defect, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photo of damage

  • Packaging photo

Atelier Lorelai will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution if applicable.
